Throughout his career, he has worked on designing and delivering complex technology solutions for financial institutions and enterprise clients, with a focus on scalable architectures, digital banking, cloud infrastructure, system integration, and secure technology platforms.
With a strong combination of hands-on technical expertise and strategic architectural leadership, Pathma helps organizations translate business challenges into practical, reliable, and scalable technology solutions. His experience spans the full technology delivery lifecycle, from architecture and solution design to implementation planning, technical governance, and delivery oversight.
